What we like 'This Lune Valley home offered far more than we expected. 3 double bedrooms. A garden and of course fabulous views over the open countryside to the rear' Where in the Lune Valley is Eastcliffe? Eastcliffe is in the Lune Valley village of Claughton , it is set off Hornby Road between Brookhouse and Hornby. You'll find it just past the Fenwick Arms. It's a rural green location with fabulous views over the countryside. The village of Hornby is approximately 2 miles away. A 15 minute drive brings you into Lancaster. Residents enjoy the countryside location with the convenience of the city being so close by. The property overview This delightful mid-terrace period property offers many of the charms one would expect from a stone built terrace without the tiny proportions. It is a deceptively spacious home with high ceilings and 3 double bedrooms. The property boasts open plan living ,views to the rear,a private garden, garage and private car parking. The living space We enter into the property into a hallway and from here we access the large, open plan lounge/diner. This room retains much of its original charm with high ceilings and attractive ceiling roses. The room has been recently re-decorated and offers a neutral backdrop ready for a buyer to express their own personal style. There is plenty of room to create clearly defined lounge and dining areas. The room will accommodate both a family dining suite and also the furniture one would expect in a lounge. There is ample light due to the dual aspect and the large front bay window. The second bedroom is a smaller double, neutrally decorated with lovely rural views. The third bedroom can be found in the attic space. Neutrally decorated this double room is light and bright, with stunning views and under eaves storage.

The family bathroom is a good size room. It comprises of a white 3 piece suite with shower over the bath. There is storage to one side and an airing cupboard. The garden This secret hidden garden resides behind the garage. It is extremely private and offers views over rural farmland. It is separated into designated areas. there is a paved patio area, perfect for relaxing and alfresco dining and there is a lawned area, surrounded by mature planted boarders. The garage and parking To the rear of the home there is a large garage with power and light and off street parking for 2 vehicles! Extra Useful Information - Re-roofed in 2010
