"Moor Platt is a relatively small development in the heart of the picturesque village of Caton. There is a mixture of properties which were only built in 2014. This quiet, cul-de-sac development occupies a location in the village close to shops, pubs, eating establishments and public transport all within a few minutes? walk. Caton is situated in the Lower Lune Valley, approximately five miles north east of the city of Lancaster. Access to Kirkby Lonsdale is approximately twelve miles to the north, whilst access onto the M6 is just around three miles to the south. Perfectly positioned for village living, countryside views and walks on your doorstep, with excellent access links.This spacious and immaculate three storey, semi-detached house is located towards the rear of the development. There is driveway parking for two vehicles in front of a single garage.On the ground floor, the entrance vestibule leads into a spacious lounge with a front aspect. There is a downstairs WC.
