"This spacious semi detached home can be found on the edge of the Lune Valley village of Caton, hidden away on a private road at the entrance to Low Mill. Set in a small courtyard development of just 4 properties, this is a unique cross between a dormer and a cottage with a flexible layout that could provide 3 or 4 bedrooms while boasting exceptionally spacious living accommodation that includes a 19 foot living room. LOCATION Millacre Court can be found down a quiet private road just off the main road into Caton village. Originally built before1800 as a farmhouse then used as an apprentice house and school for those working in Low Mill.
