"This simply wonderful two bedroom garden apartment is available with no chain! Converted in 1994 and recently renovated throughout this home has much to offer with stylish, contemporary decor and fittings, a private garden, 6 acres of communal land and parking!

About the Location Low Mill cotton mill was built for cotton weaving in 1783 on the site of a 13th-century corn mill. The mill was built by Thomas Hodgson who was a slave-trader and the son of a Liverpool merchant. The mill was still in use up until the 1970's and has since been converted into apartments which offer that luxurious feel in 1994 by John Collis. The grounds of which the Mill stand in can now be enjoyed by the residents with extensive open countryside walks and seating areas to enjoy. Close by in the centre of the village of Caton you will find a range of amenities and easy access to the M6 Motorway or the City of Lancaster can be gained easily. What can you expect? The owners have lived in this property since it was first built and have really made a fantastic job both inside and out. Straight away from the entrance hall you will get that homely feel and the stylish decoration is a continuing theme throughout the home. The lounge is a generous size with access through to the sun room and the kitchen diner. The kitchen has been fitted with a Siematic kitchen and Neff appliances and there is ample space for a dining table.
