Location The village of Caton is in the heart of the Lune Valley. Offering a slice of quaint village life in a scenic setting whilst still being close to the city and the motorway, this property would make a great family home. Close by you will find a litany of amenities including a health centre, pharmacy, Co-operative store, garage & petrol station,post office, country pubs and delightful walks along the banks of the River Lune. The semi-detached period property itself sits opposite a small village green. Property Overview We enter this property into a vestibule and hallway which retain many of their original period features including a stain glass door, tiled floor and moulded arches.
