Where is Ashton Drive? Ashton Drive is a great street. It's horse shoe in shape, just off the Owen Road which means there is little passing traffic other than the neighbours. This is an area which is really convenient. You can leave your car at home and walk into the city. There are great schools close by including St Lukes Primary School and Our Lady's Catholic High, perfect for those with young families. The bus stop on the main road is close by. You'll find a doctors, dentist and local amenities in the neighbourhood.

This area also has lots of green spaces. Walk your dog in nearby Ryelands Park. Enjoy a stroll along the river or join the canal at Beaumont. With the bye pass now open, commuting into the city or travelling to the M6 has never been easier. What we like 'What a superb family home this is. The south facing garden is simply fabulous. It's great if you have children for them to play out. We love the owners style, it's quirky yet modern. You'll love this one' About this home Ashton Drive is a beautiful home family home with 3 bedrooms. It is also one with a personailty with its stylish decor and fabulous sunshine living room. This home has been in the same ownership for over 30 years. That doesn't mean it needs work though, far from it. The current owners have had lots done over the past 5 years including new windows, a new boiler and both the kitchen and wet room!

Expect to find a home which is light and bright. Relax in the lounge diner. Open the french doors and step out the well stocked south facing garden. You'll even find apple trees. The 2nd bedroom has such a great view, looking out over the super sized garden.

The bathroom has been re-modelled to become a wet room. It's fully tiled. It's modern with the wash basin sitting into a vanity unit. Being a wet room means there is ample space to shower without feeling squashed in small enclsoed space! The south facing garden The garden is such a wonderful key feature to this home. Facing south, the owners inform me it is a sun trap in the summer. The owners are keen gardeners, therefore you'll get a fabulous well stocked garden full of flowering plants and shrubs. There are 2 apple trees too. One for cooking and one for eating, brilliant you want to make an apple pie!

The garden is also fully enclosed making it great for families with children. The patio area is a great place to simply sit and watch the kids play! Off street parking This home has the added advantage of having off street parking. You can easily park 2 cars on the driveway in front. Extra Useful Information - This home was built in the 1950's
