ABOUT THE LOCATION Ashton Drive is situated just off the A6 north of the city centre and is surrounded by similar styled semi detached homes. Close by you will find the main A6 which will lead you south directly into the main city centre or north out towards Carnforth and then the lake district beyond beyond. There are a variety of local Primary and High schools within walking distance, a local church and also a good range of amenities close to hand. Riverside walks are also not too far away and there is also a spacious park round the corner where you will find football pitches, tennis and basket ball courts and play areas for young children. All in all this location has so much to offer so why not come and have a look around. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT? This semi detached home has been in the same family since it was first ever built and has been recently modernised by the current occupiers.
