The property would make a suitable family home and comprises briefly of an open plan loune/dining room and kitchen to the ground floor with three bedrooms and a family bathroom to the first floor. Mossbank Grove is situated in Heywood which is a small market town to the north of Manchester offering a wide variety of shopping and entertainment with a number of supermarkets and branded stores within approximately one mile of the property. Schools in the area include Our Lady and St Pauls Roman Catholic, Heapbridge village and Woodland community primary school. Also within approximately one mile is the M66 motorway junction 3 which gives access to further motorway links.

Externally there is a deceptively spacious lawned corner plot garden to the rear and side. Viewings advised.
