To bag this lovely house you'll need to be quick off the mark.....

Springthorpe St is situated up Whitehall and runs between Devon St and Cyprus St. It's one of those little streets you don't know about until you need to...

So entering the property by the brand new front door you enter the front lounge.
Here we have a modern spacious lounge that 'feels nice'. Benefiting from laminate flooring, tasteful décor and a nice modern fire suite, this property just has that really nice feel to it from the start. (I'm sure you know what I mean.... some houses feel just right and others are just ok?)
There's also a nice large window at the front with brand new fitted blinds that offer a nice finishing touch.

At the rear of the property, is a large kitchen diner.
As you can see from the pictures, it's a proper kitchen diner that will take a decent sized dining table..... there's a modern kitchen which has just been refurbished and offers a generous amount of storage and work surface area, and as you would expect (and I'm sure prefer) there is a built-in oven hob and extractor, space and plumbing for your washer, and of course loads of room for that big fridge freezer that everyone has these days. The floor benefits from glazed ceramic floor tiles.... and there is a door that leads out into the rear garden/yard.

The back of the house faces West which means the back of the house gets the sun during most of the day. This in turn means the large rear yard/garden is perfect for sunning yourself on those rare occasions we get some decent weather, but on a more serious note, it means your washing will dry quicker too!

Upstairs....

As you probably noticed from the pictures, the open-plan stairs ascend from the front lounge to an unusually large and spacious landing.

At the front of the property we have the Master Bedroom. Here we have a proper good sized bedroom with neutral decor, new soft carpets and large double glazed window with fitted blinds. The room feels fresh and airy.. a perfect bedroom to wake up in and start your day right?

The Second Bedroom is at the back of the property and is very similar to the Master - but obviously not as big.

The Family Bathroom is at the end of the landing, and at the rear of the property.
You can see from the pictures we have a nice modern bathroom with a lovely soft feel to it. It has all you would expect including a shower above the bath. Again it just 'feels right'.
