" In the sought after, Whitehall location of Darwen is this fantastic, two-bedroomed, garden fronted terraced house. A fabulous opportunity to rent this lovely house.

A path of stone steps leads up to your front door and on the right as you walk up is a lovely little garden with a small lawned area bordered with shrubs.

As you enter this house from the front door the entrance vestibule leads you directly in to the hallway. A light hall with cream walls and laminate floor which runs throughout the ground floor rooms for a sense of size and continuity.

The Front Lounge/Reception Room is decorated again in neutral colours with a feature fireplace on the chimney breast wall with dark wood mantle and hearth and decorative tile surround. A lambent glow emanates from the typically large window which looks over the well maintained front garden.

The second Reception Room is much bigger with cream coloured walls and another, similar feature fireplace housing a fully functional coal-effect living flame gas fire. A brilliant living space and as it is next to the Kitchen will be nice and cozy during the winter months.

The Cellar is accessed by an enclosed staircase in the corner of the rear reception room. The cellar consists of a corridor and a large room... currently used for storage.

The Kitchen has a beautiful quarry tiled floor and traditional wall and base units. Space here for your washing machine and fridge freezer. The electric oven and ceramic hob are included with an integral extractor hood above. The rear wooden door is painted in a gloss black in keeping with the quirky traditional feel of this home.
