"FULL DESCRIPTION 19 Rydal Avenue is set in a quiet location in the Bold Venture area of Darwen. Located on a closed road there is no through traffic and the area in front of the property is paved area with a tree offering a pleasant view from the window. The front garden is paved and stone steps lead up to the medium oak upvc front door. Entering into the entrance vestibule which retains the original tiled floor. Through the internal wooden door we are into the entrance hall. The walls are neutral and the flooring is carpet. The wood work throughout the house is all stained wood rather than white gloss and it looks very effective. There is a lovely arch way with original corbelling and coving to the ceiling.
