"FULL DESCRIPTION Ainsworth Lord Estates Ltd. is delighted to be offering this spacious 3 bedroomed property for rent in the very popular Sunnyhurst Area of Darwen.

Entering the property by the front doo and into the vestibule, which leads into the hallway, on your right is the front reception room.

The rear reception room, or living room as many people call them, is towards the back of the house. This is a very big room with a feature fireplace, open plan staircase and doors which lead out into the rear yard/ decked patio area.

The kitchen extension is accessed from the rear living room and comprises solid pine fronted kitchen units against three walls. The property comes with a cooker housed within the units.

At the top of the stairs, to the right is the master bedroom.
The Master Bedroom, apart ffrom being a large bedroom also benefits from a walk-in shower and built in wardrobes.

Across the landing is the second bedroom.

Further down the landing is the family bathroom which consists of a fitted bath, washbasin and WC.
