"FULL DECRIPTION Ainsworth Lord Estates Ltd is delighted to be offering for rent this nice large 2 bedroomed garden fronted terraced house for rent.
Situated in an excellent location - close to Darwen town centre and a stones throw from the train station.

Entering through the front door and into the vestibule, which leads into the main hallway.

The first room n the left is the Front Reception Room. As you can see form the pictures we have a decent sized room, a feature fireplace and modern decor. The main window overlooks the front garden and benefits from venetian blinds.

The second Reception Room

(or rear living room) is at the back of the house.
Here we have a bright, airy spacious room which could be used as a lounge or lounge/diner. Decorated to a good standard and with new carpets all it needs is someone to make it home! Additional storage space is available in the cupboard under the stairs.

The Kitchen is accessed from the rear reception room, and as you can see from the pictures, we have a nice modern kitchen with plenty of cupboards and work surface. There's a new oven, a space for your washer and tall fridge and ready to go.....

Upstairs...
The stairs to the first floor are situated in the hallway, between the two reception rooms.
The Master Bedroom is at the top of the stairs on the left, at the front of the house.
It's a large bedroom with carpets and a neutral decor, with a large window overlooking the front.

The Second Bedroom is across the landing at the rear of the property. It's a decent good-sized sized bedroom, and like the rest of the property, is finished to a good standard.

Down the landing we have the Family Bathroom; as you can see from the pictures it's well nice!
