Progress Street is situated close to St John's in Darwen, in a quiet part of town.

Accessing the property through the UPVC front door and into the vestibule, you enter the lounge (13' 11" x 13' 3" (4.24m x 4.04m)). This front lounge benefits form a feature fireplace with open fire and marble hearth, a large double glazed window and modern decor.
