"A mature semi-detached house on a semi rural tree-lined cul-de-sac with stunning westerly views to Kemple End and the Fells. Comprising hall, lounge/dining room, kitchen diner, study, utility room, cloakroom, three bedrooms, bathroom, lovely gardens with off road parking. (1,103 sq ft/102.5 sq m approx. EPC: F). A delightful setting. Viewing is strongly recommended. New central heating boiler installed February 2017.
