Directions When travelling from our office proceed to the end of York Street, cross the roundabout and continue out of Clitheroe along Chatburn Road, over the roundabout by Clitheroe Hospital and into Chatburn. As the road descends turn left, before the Post Office/General Store into Ribble Lane, taking the second turning on the right into Victoria Court. As the road forks take the right hand fork and the bungalow can be seen at the end of the cul-de-sac. Services Mains supplies of gas, water, electricity and drainage. Gas central heating to panelled radiators from a Worcester condensing combination boiler. Council tax is payable to RVBC. We are advised the tenure is Freehold. Additional Features The property has PVCu double glazed windows, external doors and conservatory with plaster ceiling covings and fitted floor coverings. Location Chatburn is a particularly popular village just outside of Clitheroe, offering excellent to the A59 and with a regular bus route. The private rear garden is flagged with a decked area, a shed and gated access down the side. With a south easterly aspect it enjoys the light and warmth on a sunny day and provides a most pleasant private outside space to sit and relax. Viewing is strongly recommended.
