"Sunnyside is prominently positioned on the corner of Deanhall & Euxton Lanes. It forms one half of this magnificent pair of Victorian semi detached houses that were built around circa 1880. As the name suggests, this impressive property enjoys a lovely south westerly aspect and it is set in a large garden plot that is well screened from the main roadway. At 2175 SQ.FT, this is also a very large, four bedroom family sized home with lots of period details. Noteworthy features include the imposing high ceilings, the elegant bay windows, solid internal walls, a beautifully turned staircase and generously proportioned living rooms. In addition the more recent enhancements have included the remodelling of both the kitchen and bathrooms as well as the installation of double glazing that has incorporated some of the original stained glass. Gas central heating helps keep Sunnyside nice and warm and there are two fireplaces, the traditional chimney breast means cosy real fires or alternatively a wood burning stove would be very simple to install. Solar panels also help towards the running costs of the home. The location is very accessible for the nearby towns and villages and the property is situated in the catchment area of some excellent schools.
