A BEAUTIFUL three bedroom semi detached home, in the lovely rural location of Nether Kellet, within minutes of the M6 Motorway...with fantastic gardens, a gorgeous kitchen diner as well as tastefully presented accommodation throughout this property really is a MUST SEE!!

The Location
Nether Kellet is a beautiful, rural village just North of Lancaster. The village is set amongst rolling limestone pasture. To the East of the village there are numerous limestone quarries. From the higher parts of the village, you can enjoy stunning views to the West over the picturesque Morecambe Bay to the mountains of the Lake District. The village has much history, and features the Church of St. Mark. On the North wall of the Church, there is a memorial to the men of the village who served in both World Wars. There is also a "Peace Stone" commemorating the end of the Second World War, which is located in the Church garden. Briarlea Road is within minutes of the M6 motorway which makes this a great location for those commuting to work. Morecambe and Lancaster town centres are also within easy reach.

A Brief Introduction
This well presented, three bedroom semi-detached home sits in a corner position of a quiet cul-de-sac. The house has been lovingly modernised by the present owners to high standards. Exterior
The private, enclosed rear garden is one of the best features of this property. There is an elevated wooden decking and seating area, and steps leading down to the garden. The garden is separated into two areas. The first is a lawn garden surrounded with well stocked borders and a range of established trees and shrubs. The second half of the garden is paved, with seating areas, a pond, a rockery and a range of established borders. Trellis archways at the top and the bottom of the garden provide access between both areas.
