The Location
Bolton Le Sands is a village just north of Lancaster, as the name suggests it sits beside Morecambe Bay. The village has much history and today there is a thriving village community. The oldest church in the village, Church of England Holy Trinity was originally dedicated to St Michael and it is believed that the oldest part of the church dates back to around 1500. The canal passes through the village and there are some lovely walks along the tow path and the shore line. The main A6 also runs through the village connecting to the M6 so it is a great location for those commuting to work. The village has shops, a doctors and plenty of local groups and amenities as well as a popular village primary school.

A Brief Introduction
This light and airy three/four bedroom detached home sits on an elevated position on the crescent. The house has been extensively modernised by the present owners to high standards.
