"A most unusual bespoke detached property built around 1927 and having all the character and charm of the 'Art Deco' period. The property has been in the same family ownership for the last 50 years and has not been altered from its original design. Obviously over the years modern conveniences have been incorporated to include majority upvc double glazing and gas central heating but new owners will undoubtedly want to continue with upgrades. The property forms part of The Drive and West Drive, properties that were built in the grounds of Seedfield House, which remains to this day. Briefly the accommodation comprises: entrance vestibule, inner hall, lounge, dining room, kitchen, conservatory, first floor landing, three bedrooms, bathroom and separate w.c. To the outside there are formal gardens to the front and to the side a large driveway leading to the detached tandem garage. To the rear there is a flagged patio and vegetable patch.
