Location

The Drive is situated to the north of Bury in the sought after Walmersley area, situated between Bury town centre and Ramsbottom and providing access to junction 1 of the M66 motorway. Entered via a spacious entrance hall. The hall in turn gives access to the dining room with feature bay window and fire in brick surround. This is a beautiful room. Glass panelled folding doors lead through to the lounge (as well as separate access from the hall). The lounge has stripped floorboards with sliding glass panelled doors leading through to the conservatory. The conservatory is over 16' long and offers an extension to the already generous living space as well as offering views across the top tier of the garden. The kitchen has a range of wooden eye and base units with the added benefit of understair pantry cupboard. There are also utility facilities available in the garage block to the rear. The first floor landing has leaded window to the side offering views over the side of the property as well as practical built in storage. The master bedroom to the rear is the most generous of rooms with views over the garden and the added benefit of vanity sink unit. The second bedroom to the front has built in robes and a bay window. The third bedroom is a generous single and has built in storage. The bathroom is a four piece suite with pedestal wash hand basin, wc, bath and walk in shower cubicle. Outside there is a lawned garden to the front, while to the side there Is a double driveway offering off road parking for a number of cars. The garage block has single garage, store room and a utility room. The rear is a particular feature over two levels, the top tier is laid to lawn, enclosed with planted borders and the bottom tier is also laid to lawn yet enclosed with mature hedges and trees offers screening and privacy.
