Bolton Town Centre, St Peters Way and good transport links are within close proximity. This one bedroom apartment is situated on the 1st floor and has favourable woodland views. In our opinion this apartment is realistically priced and is possibly, situated in one of the best positions of the development.

The accommodation briefly comprises : Entrance hall, lounge, kitchen, shower room and a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes.

There is a communal lounge with a self contained kitchen, communal laundry room, communal landscaped gardens and a car park. There is also a reasonably priced guest suite.
