"You will be amazed when you step inside this 1940's semi. If you are looking for your next home to be filled with lots of natural light, lovely big rooms and a flat garden to enjoy in those summer months, then you will love this property. This home is beautifully presented and has a great flow with generous sized rooms and definitely has to be seen to be truly appreciated. Occupying a spacious corner plot there is room to extend if you wish (subject to planning). There is a gravelled driveway at the side which provides off road parking for two cars. A neat lawned garden to the front and good sized rear garden with decked terrace and garden shed provide lots of outdoor space.

ACCOMMODATION The hallway is bright and spacious with a separate cloakroom which could possibly converted into a downstairs toilet; a further storage room is located under the stairs. The solid wood floor is a practical choice in this area, as well as looking great it flows through the kitchen linking the two spaces seamlessly.
