Housenetwork.co.uk are pleased to offer this semi detached house in Blackpool, Lancashire.

Total area approximately 214.9 square metres (2313.0 square feet)

The property is a Semi-Detached built in the 30s but with a dorma loft extension, added 11 years ago, the full width of the house with a fixed staircase creating a very big on-suite bedroom.

It is built on a third of an acre of land and has lounge, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor with a "garden room" outside the back door between the house and the garage; plus a lean-to greenhouse.
