Ainsworth Lord Estates Ltd is very pleased to be offering this large and fantastic 2 bedroomed property for rent in Mill Hill - one of the most popular areas of Blackburn.

And as everyone knows, we only do nice houses - and they tend to go pretty quick! So check out the pictures, have a good red below - making sure you meet the rental criteria, then call us to book your viewing before you miss it!

AND remember, we're OPEN 7 Days - weekdays til 8pm, so booking a viewing couldn't be easier - even if you're working.

Anyway, more about this lovely big terraced.....

Entering through the front door and into the vestibule, which then leads into a large Front Reception Room.. which as you can see form the pictures is a generous sized lounge that has been finished to a very good standard - with pleasant décor and warm neutral carpets.

The second Reception Room is towards the back of the house. This too is a large spacious room decorated to an equally high standard. The pictures tell it all really.. but the thing with photographs is they don't convey how a house feels, which is a shame really because this house feels right.. and it feels like it's home! (Of course you need to do a viewing to appreciate this). There's also ample storage space under the stairs to accommodate your hoover etc...

At the rear of the property, accessed through the rear reception room, is the kitchen.

The kitchen is a modern kitchen with units and work surface area along both sides. There is an open space to put your free-standing cooker which has a gas supply to it.

A door leads out from the kitchen into a tidy rear yard.

First Floor...
The stairs to the first floor are situated between the front and rear reception rooms.

The Master Bedroom is on your right as you get to the top of the stairs.
Here we have a large bedroom which not only benefits from a warm natural carpet and neutral décor, but also has loads of storage in the form of fitted bedroom furniture and additional cupboard space in one of the alcoves.. You can see from the pictures how spacious this room is and how much storage there is.

The second Bedroom is at the rear of the house and again, it's a decent sized bedroom that would probably take a double bed quite easily. There is a walk-in storage cupboard that you could use as a wardrobe... which s always a bonus.

The bathroom which is also at the back of the house, is situated next to the rear bedroom. It benefits from the usual Wash basin and WC... but it also has a bath with a shower over - again a great idea and most useful!

Additional Info...
The property is double glazed and benefits from gas central heating throughout.

So... all in all we are offering a fantastic property that far exceeds the normal standard available on the market, just waiting to make a lovely home for the right people. Is this you???
