We are extremely pleased to be offering onto the market this deceptively spacious four bedroom end terrace property which in recent years has been substantially improved by the present owner and is sure to impress any new incoming residents. The property has a pavement frontage whilst the the rear its large plot of land is split into three sections.

Directly behind the house and accessed from the kitchen diner is a small private yard which is flagged and fully enclosed with access gates to both the side and rear. The property is heated by gas central heating & is fully double glazed, we are also reliably informed its tenure is Freehold.
The spacious and well presented accommodation is over four floors and comprises Lower Ground Floor Cellar This is accessed from the lounge area and comprises of four adjoining areas, under the lounge with the advantage of two radiators, power and lighting. From the landing on this floor is a staircase to the Second Floor There are a further two double bedrooms on this floor, each with a velux rooflight. One of the bedrooms has been created with an open aspect so would be ideal as a self contained area i.e lounge and adjoining bedroom for the growing teenager wanting their own space !!"
