"What a house! This elegant Victorian homei is to be found in one of Tankerton's desirable roads, just a short stroll away from a small parade of shops and fabulous sea front walks along Tankerton slopes.

Unusually this house is situated on a larger then average plot, which has given the owners a lovely open aspect outside, plus plenty of parking options to include more then one vehicle or a boat. and would also lend itself to future development/extension of the property subject to all relevant planning consents being obtained.

Over the last 10 years in the property, the current owners have carried out a number of modifications and improvements to include new windows, and a new roof, which already has Velux style windows installed, which may lend itself to expansion into loft space - subject to consents being obtained. We have fantastic neighbours and hope that the new owners enjoy all that Tankerton and surroundings have to offer.
