Situated in the heart of Whitstable with easy access to the town centre, beach and harbour facilities. The Cathedral City of Canterbury is approximately 9 miles away famous for its fantastic shopping, cosmopolitan dining and historical walks. Whitstable is approximately 1 mile from an access point to the A299 Thanet Way which connects to the M2 motorway system at Faversham approximately 8 miles.

There is a main line station in town with London being approximately 1 hour 25 minutes.
