"Brian and Julie have lived in this property for 17 years as it came with Brian's job! During this time the property has undergone a considerable amount of work, which has included the installation of a new kitchen and bathroom, there has also been the addition of a large single storey extension that was designed to provide annex accommodation for their mother. The annexe offers fantastic additional space with a separate lounge, small kitchen, bedroom and shower room and is ideally set up for those wanting to look after parents or elderly relatives within the family, still allowing them their own independence.

The property may also be suited to those with extended families or anyone that is looking to cater for foster children. Furthermore we are advised by the owners that there are also possibilities to extend above the annexe subject to obtaining planning consents, if more space is required.

The main house has well proportioned 3 bedroom accommodation and would be suited to family living with a large lounge/dining room that gives a sense of space, plus 3 good size bedrooms that are located on the first floor. Somewhat surprising is the large garden situated to the back of this property that offers a good degree of privacy and a superb area for youngsters to have lots of fun in. This is truly a great family home, do not take our word for it, pop along and see for yourself.

What the Owner says:

We were very fortunate to own this house as it offered us the space to extend and provide accommodation for our mother which allowed us to enjoy a normal family life and look after our mother in her later years.

We have loved living here especially as the property is so handily located with Tankerton sea front, bus stops and main train station only minutes away on foot which has proven very convenient over the years.

With younger children in mind having Swalecliffe Primary School just across the road will be a real bonus and will ensure you do not get stuck in the school run.
