I bought this home from new 12 years ago as an investment, as I knew it was in a good location and within walking distance of the town shops, road links and railway station.

Since owning this house I have always been very successful with letting the property and is still to be found in very good condition throughout.

The good thing about this house is it is very low maintenance and in a great location. My only reason for selling now is that my circumstances have changed.
