"A semi-detached Victorian house built 1891 with brick and tile hung elevations under a tiled roof. The property was extended some years ago.

LOCATION The small historic town of Westerham is situated on the A25 between the larger towns of Oxted and Sevenoaks. There is a good choice of local shops, restaurants and public houses together with a church, library and primary school. The larger towns of Oxted and Sevenoaks are approximately 4 and 7 miles away respectively; having much improved shopping facilities and main line stations into London. Sporting facilities in the area include, golf in Westerham and Tatsfield, leisure centre and indoor swimming pool in Oxted, and tennis at the Limpsfield Club. Access to the M25 at junction 5, Chevening, or Godstone, junction 6. GROUND FLOOR Side entrance door to: HALL with stairs to first floor. SITTING ROOM with radiator, double glazed windows, brick chimney breast with log burning stove and marble hearth, wall ight points and some exposed brickwork to walls. DINING ROOM with radiator, secondary glazed windows, cupboard under stairs, hardwearing floor covering, and cupboard in chimney breast. KITCHEN Fitted to two sides with work surfaces with drawers, cupboards, space for appliances and plumbing for washing machine under. Space for gas cooker, single bowl double drainer, stainless steel sink unit, wall cupboards, part tiled walls, larder and door to: REAR HALL with radiator, cupboard with Vaillant gas boiler and shelving, door to side. BATHROOM with enclosed bath, separate walk-in shower cubicle, hand basin with cupboards under, part tiled walls, double glazed window, and extractor fan. SEPARATE W.C. FIRST FLOOR LANDING hatch with ladder to part boarded loft with light. BEDROOM with radiator, double aspect double glazed windows and wardrobe with mirror fronted doors. BEDROOM with radiator, double glazed window and wardrobe cupboard. BEDROOM with radiator and double glazed window. CLOAKROOM with W.C., hand basin and double glazed window. OUTSIDE Small back garden which has been gravelled for ease of maintenance and some shrubs. There are plant and shrub beds to the front. Side access with lockable gate and enclosed and covered area with gaqrden tap and suitable for bike/garden equipment storage. NOTE a) The owners have a gentleman's agreement to use the adjoining car park during evenings and weekends.
