The Oast Cottage, dating back to 1780, is set in a tranquil former farm estate within walking distance of the village of Offham, with its highly-rated Primary School. Offham is a popular village with its tennis and cricket clubs, public house, church and regular events on the village green. The property is a traditional brick built Grade II listed former hop store, which has been sympathetically modernised and offers 3 bedrooms, 3 reception rooms, a large studio and secluded garden.
