"A fantastic family home in a lovely, safe, cul-de-sac is what is on offer here!

It has everything you could wish for in a modern smart home. You have the luxury of a bright and inviting en suite shower room with w.c, excellent and comfortable living space with an attractive lounge having a pretty bow window and there is a separate dining space. The living space is extended and complemented by a large, light conservatory which gives you a wonderful, panoramic view over the beautiful secluded garden.
It is just perfect if you have children, as you are away from busy roads and a short walk will take you to the highly regarded local infant and primary school, which to have a good chance of getting in to you must be close by. Oh, and the downstairs toilet is a bonus too!

Although you are tucked away, you can walk to the local shopping parade with general store, doctor’s surgery, playgroup and “The Chimneys” family pub which is a lovely old building around which this Oxley Shaw development was built.

Similarly, on location, an easy, short drive will take you on to J4 of the M20 or up to the quaint Country Town of West Malling with it’s specialist shops, exceptional places to eat out and , of course, main line rail station too. There is a farmers market there once a month too for wonderful fresh foods to sample!

We will miss our home, especially our garden!
Moving here we were pleasantly surprised to find a beautifully landscaped garden, wonderfully private and secluded. It is a lovely place to relax and watch all the birdlife that it attracts with it’s profusion of mature planting. Even in the winter time we can sit and relax in our comfortable conservatory catching the winter sun and looking out over our garden which changes colour with the season.
In fact, the conservatory is a superb room to spend time in, whether having a meal or simply reading with lots of natural light, it’s a really inviting room.
However, it is time to downsize and that is why we are moving now.
