Inside it will become very apparent that there is a fantastic amount of ground floor space that flows from room to room, be sure to make note of the high level of improvements made to the home from the wood flooring in all four reception rooms, to the walnut kitchen with multiple integrated appliances and cleverly concealed lighting which is sure to impress any guest or member of the family.
There is multiple access to all the entertainment rooms downstairs, alongside a private study room and useful cloakroom and utility rooms.
The first and second floors also continue the theme of quality and space. The master suite is private, spacious and offers ample wardrobe space with two walk in wardrobes and an en suite that has his & hers basins, shower and separate bath. Having travelled extensively for work this home provided a base for us that allowed access to London's airports and motorway links. Bought new in 2004, we have had lots of work done to the home including a replacement kitchen. We had the orangery added to the home and a cooling/heating air conditioning system installed in this room & the master bedroom suite. Hard wood flooring has been laid to much of the ground floor and to the master suite.
The home is perfect for guests and family. We have the master Suite on the top floor with it's two walk in wardrobes and en suite shower and bathroom complete with his & hers wash basins. Our guests can then choose from the remaining 4 bedrooms. Usually the bedroom with the en suite shower room is the favourite.
