"Description    As vendors sole agents we are pleased to offer for sale with no onward chain, this delightful property forming part of the imaginative development built by Gleeson Homes around 1999 which is centered around a large Victorian mansion which has been converted into luxury apartments. Surrounding the mansion there are a variety of recently built detached houses, designed to compliment the surroundings. Situation    Faraday Lodge is located in an attractive wooded setting in Cumberland Park which is off Blackhurst Lane accessed via the Pembury Road. The town of Tunbridge Wells is within easy access in approximately 1 and 3/4 miles and grows evermore popular with its open park land, places of interest and historical links including the famous Pantiles and Old High Street. The area boasts many facilities for its local inhabitants of all ages, full compliment of shops, banks and building socities, including specialist shops in the village area and award winning Victoria Place Shopping Mall. There is a variety of bars, restaurants and coffee houses in the local area. Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge main line railway stations provide fast and regular services into London Charing Cross/Cannon Street and the south coast. Tunbridge Wells is also renowned for its schools, whether state or private sector and both primary and secondary levels. There is a choice of both golf and tennis clubs and Bewl Water is also accessible.
