"This delightful three bedroom semi has a massive rear garden, garage and off road parking. It is located in a semi rural spot on the edge of Pembury with countryside walks, good pubs and village amenities including the post office and primary school.

The rear garden is a great size for any keen or budding gardener to get their teeth into and the front garden is also a good size, setting you back from the road and increasing the feeling of privacy and rural calm. It also allows for plenty of off road parking in front of the garage.

The three good size bedrooms are perfect for growing families or give plenty of flexibility for those who want an office, plus a spare bedroom.

Double doors from the living room open on to the front garden letting the outside in and plenty of light with it.

The owners have made many improvements including a new bathroom and kitchen, re-roofing, re-wiring and re-plumbing, a new boiler, windows and doors and most of the ceilings have been replastered.

Needless to say, the house is well maintained leaving you plenty of time to enjoy the gardens.

What the Owner says:

The massive garden was a major attraction to us and we have loved the flexibility of a large garden and the calm of a more rural location. As keen gardeners, we spend a lot of time outside and have enjoyed many a summer barbecue with the space to invite lots of people around.

Moving out of busy Tunbridge Wells, we like the rural feel being on a back road and not being built up, cramped, or estate like. Pembury has several good pubs, a good Chinese restaurant and post office. There are nice walks all around - in fact the ramblers meet at the top of the road.
