"This detached family house is one of the fine, traditional Tunbridge Wells Villas to be found around the area. The house has attractive architectural features such as wide bay windows, stone quoins and sash windows. The interior is light and spacious and includes some particular features of note. In the wide entrance hall there is an attractive staircase leading to the first floor landing. The family room and drawing room are both elegant, well proportioned rooms with open fireplaces and large windows. There is an unusual snug/office with wood burning stove. The kitchen breakfast room is a good size and is fitted with long worktops, appliances including a range cooker and generous central island. The kitchen leads into a generous conservatory which leads to the enclosed rear garden which is decked and provided a lovely, low maintenance entertaining area. .There is also a separate utility room, cloakroom and cellar access located on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a superb master bedroom with en suite bathroom which has a free standing bath and separate shower. The second bedroom also has a lovely en suite shower room. The further two bedrooms are well served by the family bathroom. The front of the house provides parking for several cars as well as access to the triple garage at the rear of the house.

The house is in a very convenient location for easy access to the major shopping centre at the upper end of the town and Calverley precinct. In the lower part of the town are the main line station, the High Street and the famous Pantiles.
