"Description    This deceptively spacious bay fronted four bedroom Victorian semi detached house is situated in a highly regarded location within approximately 1/2 mile of the mainline station and with easy access of highly regarded Primary Schools including St Peters and Claremont. These sit alongside a variety of bars, restaurants and coffee houses. There are two mainline stations with fast and regular services to London Bridge/Charing Cross. Tunbridge Wells is also renowned for its schools whether state or private at both primary and secondary levels. There is also a choice of golf or tennis clubs as well as many attractive and interesting walks nearby.

Directions    From our office in Tunbridge Wells High Street proceed in a northerly direction towards the town centre. At the end of the High Street bear right and at the mini roundabout take the second exit right into Grosvenor Road. Continue up Grosvenor Road bearing sharply round to the left hand side where Cambridge Street will be the second road on your right hand side. The property will be found after a short distance on your left hand side identified by our 'For Sale' sign.
