"This detached family house enjoys a prime location close to the grammar schools and is within easy reach of central Tunbridge Wells. It has been extended and modernised by the current owners to create a flexible family home with well-proportioned rooms throughout. Entered via an entrance hall with understairs storage, a cloakroom WC and separate utility, the ground floor accommodation offers a spacious living room extending to over 23ft and a contemporary open plan kitchen / breakfast room overlooking the garden.
