"After a long day working in the City and struggling to find a seat on the train, you can sit or stand and relax knowing that only half a mile walk after stepping off the train and you will be inside your own front door. Think about how much time this will give you at the beginning and end of your day! This one bedroom maisonette can give you this, by being under half a mile from the train station. It also has it's own parking space - right outside its front door; no more struggling through multiple doors laden with shopping bags or trying to find a parking space as close to your home as possible.

Inside it will be a welcome relief to see that everything is in good order, from the modern kitchen and bathroom, the recently laid flooring in the bedroom and living room; and even down to having double glazing and central heating - all you need to do is move straight in!

The first thing that attracted me to my flat was how close to town it was - whether catching the train to London or just popping into the town for a meal - everything is just a walk away!

I also loved having my own front door, it has meant I can come and go as I please without worrying about disturbing anyone else.

Having parking is a real bonus and the size of the rooms compared to a lot of modern flats was so much better.
