"A wonderful three bedroom three bathroom period property on the outskirts of Leigh is available for short term lets. The property is tastefully furnished and has three reception rooms, a dining hall with exposed beams, a family room off the kitchen and a lovely drawing room with French doors to the garden. The kitchen is fully fitted with pine cabinets, double oven, gas hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a separate utility room and downstairs cloakroom. The master bedroom is situated on the ground floor with doors onto the terrace and has a stylish ensuite with separate bath and shower cubicle. Upstairs there are two further double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom room and another bathroom serving the other bedroom. Outside there is a beautiful large garden with a large lawn, orchard and limestone terrace surrounding the rear of the property. There is allocated parking for two cars in the parking area to the side of the house. The property is ideally located for Hildenborough station with fast trains to London, Charing Cross, London Bridge and Waterloo East. The village of Leigh has excellent facilities including village shop, doctors, pub and hairdressers. The property can be available for a short term let, with the rental price being dependent on term.
