"If you are looking for the next jump up to that spacious family home that must have parking, then this home should feature on your 'to view' list.

Having nothing to do is a main benefit of this home, as the owners have updated a lot of the basics as well as made the house beautifully presented. The basics include double glazing installed in 2002, new boiler fitted in February 2010 and cavity wall insulation installed in 2000.

Other features that make this a wonderful 'just move into' house includes a modern re-fitted kitchen and modern bathroom. All the rooms are fresh and light, having been redecorated in the last
few years.

If you have or are thinking of having children in the future, this is a home you can easily grow into, having a separate lounge and dining room, plus an outer storage room that some of these houses have used as a base to extend or convert.

The garden is a good size with space for the trampoline; and once the leaves come back on the trees, offers complete seclusion.

Couple all of these benefits and the ability to park 2 cars on the front driveway, all add up to making this a superb family home.

What the Owner says:

What initially attracted us to the house was the light and airy rooms which look out onto the spacious garden.

We find that having the living and dining room at the back of the house overlooking the garden is a real plus point. It is especially lovely for the majority of the year as the trees and shrubs keep us completely private at the back.
