"Description    Ideally located on the borders of Tonbridge & Hildenborough and situated in a sought after cul-de-sac, this four bedroom, modern, detached family home is presented in good order throughout with driveway (for 3 cars), leading to garage and attractive rear garden. From the entrance porch which leads into the hallway, on the ground floor you have a downstairs WC, a study/childrens room, a generously sized lounge with working fireplace, double doors leading into the dining room with patio doors that offer very pleasant views over the well kept garden. The dining room leads into a stylish fitted kitchen, which also gives access to a utility room. Upstairs the property boasts four double bedrooms, so no arguments as to who gets which room and the master bedroom comes with a large En-Suite bathroom.

Description Continued    Since acquiring the home in 2002, the current owners have carried out extensive work using local, reputable builders, this updating includes - full double glazing and fitted patio doors, central heating boiler and radiators throughout, rewiring to the whole house. Directions    From the office on the high street turn left and continue through the Bordyke traffic lights. At the second set of traffic lights bare left onto London Road / B245, at the Hilden Manor restaurant, turn right into Farm Lane take the next left and the property can be found on the right hand side .
