"Being positioned at the end of a cul-de-sac means that, unless someone has got lost, the only people that drive past your home are your immediate neighbours or their visitors. With less pass traffic, whether on foot or in cars, this makes for a very peaceful and safe area for you to live in with your family and pets.

Once you pull onto the drive you will be impressed by the amount of cars that you could park here. At one point the current owner had about four cars there! They took the old garage down as it was getting a bit old but in its place they have had a wood log cabin built; which is accessed from the back garden. It has power and light and is currently being used as a bedroom. The rest of the garden is enclosed and has two patio areas, a vegetable garden and a shed, leaving you free to enjoy it with little maintenance needed.

Under half a mile away is the renowned Woodlands primary school, local park and the newly built Sainsbury supermarket, all offering convenience and quality of living that anyone looking for that next jump up to a family home will love.

What the Owner says:

When we moved in a few years ago, the house felt like it was stuck in the 1980’s. Since then we have redecorated, carpeted, fitted a new kitchen and bathroom, as well as added a lovely conservatory.

The house is so bright and light and the amount of parking - are two of the biggest attractions for us. We also came here as it was such a good location for the local schools and shops for the children. Now they have moved out I am going to down size a little; and for the right offer I would also be willing to vacate.
