"The moment you walk into the door of this three bedroom Gough Cooper semi, you get the feeling of home. This has been the current owners’ family home for over two decades, having their children grow up there and ‘fly the nest’. Gough Cooper homes have always been popular family houses due to their strength, extension potential and generous size rooms and gardens. That coupled with being close to the reputable north Tonbridge primary schools, offers an excellent family area.

The house itself has been well kept and updated by the current owners. Cavity wall insulation, uprated loft installation, new boiler installed in March 2010 and double glazing will keep you safe and warm over the winter months. The separate lounge and dining room gives you somewhere to send the children to do their homework. The double doors adjoining allow you to ‘keep your eye on them’. From the dining room the large patio doors open on to the southerly aspect gardens, letting the back garden in on those sunny summer afternoons.

Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms and a good size single. The bathroom and cloakroom are still separate, although many people have knocked through to offer a bigger bathroom. Externally are generous gardens to both front and rear with a detached garage being situated in the rear garden.
