"If you are looking for a family friendly area, then Elmshurst Gardens certainly offers this. Gough Cooper developed houses back in the 60’s aimed at family living. The area offers a safe haven for children – being a large cul-de-sac road, that is in the main, only frequented by residential traffic. Within about half a mile away are the York Parade shopping facilities, local bus routes and the hugely popular Woodlands and Cage Green primary schools, offering everything you would need on the doorstep.
The home will allow families to grow and spread their wings without being on top of each other. Considering there are four good sized bedrooms, the ground floor was extended to cope with a larger family, having three open reception rooms as well as a recently constructed Anglian conservatory. There is not much the owners have not updated or replaced in their time here, this is listed in their ‘comments section’ of this brochure.
