"I can certainly understand why the seller found the decision to move a very hard one. However, I do also understand that when opportunity comes knocking your life changes.

When I arrived at this home I did not really know what to expect, I must say I was not expecting such a well established character home situated in such a large sunny spot. This home really has the Wow factor with the added advantage of offering huge potential as well. Living accommodation is divided up into two reception areas. There is a kitchen big enough to eat in and a separate utility room which includes a separate cloakroom. The dining room has French doors leading directly into the garden, a really nice feature. The open fireplaces are also stunning, potentially you could also convert the garage to more accommodation if needed, subject to planning.

Upstairs on the first floor you will find a modern installed bathroom and two generous double bedrooms, also on this floor are useful storage cupboards. Upstairs again, are two attic rooms.
