"Calling all first time buyers or downsizers, this charming home should delight you. Often houses such as this are designed with a smaller second bedroom . This home however has even size double bedrooms making it perfect for guests or family.

In addition, all the hard work has been done here. There's a recent boiler, double glazing and modern fitted kitchen.

A major benefit of the location is the front and rear garden. The lounge to the front overlooks an attractive green area which means you're not overlooked and really can look out and enjoy the view.

The rear garden is secluded and south facing which means you can make the most of those sunny days. The garden itself is cottagey in style with mature borders so you can garden as much or as little as you like whilst still enjoying your outside space.

We really have loved living in this house. We wanted a house in Snodland and fell in love with the setting of this one. Although there are other houses around us you still feel as if you're close to the surrounding countryside.

I work in Essex and being so close to the M2 and M20 motorways has been a godsend. The amenities in the village are excellent too.

We have improved our home in many ways and we will be staying in Snodland.
