"There are several great things about this family home.

As you arrive at the house you will notice that you are in a cul-de-sac so no sound of passing traffic. You will also take note of the pretty countryside backdrop. There are trees and fields behind the house. Imagine sitting in your garden listening to the birds and other sounds of the countryside in the warmer months.

The next thing that you will strike you is that there is plenty of parking - there's space for about 3 cars plus the added benefit of a garage. An essential ingredient for a family home as it gives you so much extra storage space.

Now to the house itself. The entrance door opens onto a good size hallway and its here that you will find the cloakroom located - always ideal for a family home.

You will be struck by the sheer size of the impressive lounge diner. It measures approximately 25ft and that means there is plenty of space for a large dining table and lots of comfy sofas to relax on. There's lots of light flooding into the room as well. The kitchen has an added bonus of a rear utility area giving excellent practical space.

Upstairs this house just keeps on delivering. The bedrooms are all good sizes and the recently refitted bathroom is the perfect tranquil place for relaxing in after a hard day at work.

What the Owner says:

When we first viewed our home we were impressed by the amount of space it offered our family. We also liked the fact it was surrounded by countryside and a lake nearby for walks.

Coming from London it really has been a 'tranquil oasis' here. It's ideal for families and the schools are excellent. The village has a real community spirit and the local shops are so handy. The M2 and M20 are a short drive away.
