"Built by Berkeley Homes and finished to a high specification throughout, this beautifully presented three bedroom detached house is located in the sought-after Holborough Lakes development. The property has been tastefully decorated throughout and would be ready to move in to without the need for any updating. On the ground floor, there is laminate wood flooring throughout. The modern kitchen has grey cabinet doors and white quartz work surfaces. Integrated appliances include Bosch double oven & microwave combi, induction hob with extractor, fridge / freezer, dishwasher & washing machine.
